I have been making refreshing drinks with our rhubarb and I insist that you try it too!
Make the rhubarb sauce (see recipe “Rhubarb Sauce” under recipes page) and add 1/4-1/2 cup to a pint of club soda and ice. If you prefer less pulp then you can strain some of the pulp out of the rhubarb sauce before you make the drink.
We added a little tequila and gin for a memorial day BBQ and they were divine!
