Makes 1 1/2 cups.
Ingredients:
- 3 T. sesame seeds
- 1/2 C. tahini
- 1/4 C. lemon juice
- 1/4 sesame oil
- 1/4 C. canola oil
- 1/4 C. soy sauce, tamari, or shoyu
- dash of bottled hot pepper sauce or pinch of cayenne
- 1 t. dried dill weed
- 1/4 C. water
Steps:
- Toast sesame seeds in dry skillet or hot oven several minutes, tossing often.
- Cool and mix with remaining ingredients and water.
