I delivered small sweet potatoes. It is not usually what you see in the store, but they are my favorite. Here’s how I cook them.
Wash the taters.
Toss in a bowl with a little oil, salt and pepper.
Spread on a cookie sheet and roast whole in the oven at 400 for 25 minutes or so.
Eat them whole, skin and all!
Tasty little finger snacks and they take much less time to prepare than those huge ones.
