Turnip Salad with Apples and Lemon Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 1 C. grated raw turnip
  • 1 C. grated apples
  • 1/2 C. finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 3 T. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 T. vegetable oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

  1. Toss the turnips, apples, parsley, lemon juice and oil in a large bowl.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
