From Soupcon
Ingredients:
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 T. bacon fat
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 3 T. water
- 2 T. vinegar
- 1 T. brown sugar
- 1 T. granulated sugar
- ½ t. salt
- 1 bunch leaf lettuce or fresh spinach
Boil all ingredients and pour over lettuce or spinach. Serve.
