Ingredients:
- unsalted butter, softened
- pumpernickel bread
- thick sliced kohlrabi
- sea salt and freshly ground pepper
Steps:
- Generously butter two slices of bread and make a sandwich with the kohlrabi as the “meat”. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- (I think this would make nice appetizer finger sandwiches, too. You could spread a little veggie dip on the bread instead of butter.)
