Not sure what to do with that huge kohlrabi in your box?
If you’ve never prepared a kohlrabi before, here’s how you do it:
The outer skin is tough, so it needs to be peeled. Use a paring knife instead of a veggie peeler and slice away the skin. You are left with a crisp, juicy inside. Slice it into rounds or sticks and munch on it as a snack. They can be cooked as well, but they are nicest just eaten raw. Quite tasty!
