Combine in a jar and shake:
- 1/2 C. peanut oil
- 1/4 C. seasoned rice vinegar (in the vinegar section at Viking Grocery)
- 1 T. miso paste
- 2 t. soy sauce
- 1 T. diced garlic scapes or garlic
(If you can’t find miso paste just leave it out and add a touch more soy sauce. It’ll still be delicious.)
