- 2 large or 3 medium cucumbers
- 1 medium onion, chopped (about ¼ cup)
- 1 C. chicken broth
- 2 T. ﬂour
- ¼ t. white pepper
- ½ t. salt
- Dash of garlic powder
- 1 C. sour cream
- Dill weed for garnish
Pare, seed and coarsely chop cucumbers. Place all ingredients except sour cream and dill weed in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Add sour cream and chill.
To serve, sprinkle dill weed on each serving or ﬂoat a slice of cucumber.
