Dressing: add all ingredients in a jar and shake
- 2 T tahini
- 1/2 T tamari
- 2 t sesame oil
- 1/2 t. onion powder
- 1 t. lemon juice
- 1 t. minced garlic
- 1 t. light miso
- 1/2 t. agave (or other sweetener)
- 1/2 t. toasted sesame oil
- cayenne to taste
Veggies:
- 1 small cabbage, red or green, shredded
- 3 carrots, julienned
- 1/2 red onion, sliced thinly
- 1/4 C. minced cilantro
Toss the dressing with the veggies and garnish with sesame seeds. Serve as a salad on its own or on top of rice or other grains.
