In From Asparagus to Zucchini
- 4-5 C. ﬁnely sliced or shredded red cabbage
- 4-5 C. ﬁnely sliced or shredded Chinese cabbage
- ½ C. ﬁnely chopped onions
- Combine cabbages and onion. Toss with Thai-Style Fresh
- Herb Dressing. Serve immediately or chill ½ hour.
Thai-Style Fresh Herb Dressing
- 2 t. minced garlic pressed to a paste
- 1 hot chili seeded and minced
- 3 T. rice vinegar
- 1 T. soy sauce
- 1 T. tahini, peanut butter or cashew butter
- 2 T. olive oil
- 2 T. dark sesame oil
- 2 T. each chopped fresh mint, cilantro and basil
Combine all ingredients.
